Some items in our store are listed as pre-orders. These are items that we are due to receive from the manufacturer in the near future. By placing a pre-order you agree to our pre-order conditions listed below:
  1. Please separate IN-STOCK and PRE-ORDER item purchases in 2 SEPARATE orders.
  2. Product photos are usually of a pre-production prototype. Final product may vary.
  3. The estimated shipment date is announced by the manufacturer. Atomic-Nerd is not responsible for product delays.
  4. By placing a pre-order you are agreeing that the deposit payment is non-refundable even for manufacturer delays. We ship shortly after receipt from the manufacturer.
  5. The manufacturer may also ship product in “waves”. Pre-orders from Atomic-nerd will be shipped in the order that they were received.
Pre-order Payment:
For item values below $50 Atomic-Nerd will take full payment in advance in order to ship upon product receipt from the factory.
For item values over $50 Atomic-Nerd will charge a 20% non-refundable deposit. Credit card and Paypal invoices for balance payments will be sent fifteen days prior to shipment. You will have 15 days to settle the final invoice prior to shipment. 
Deposit payment is non-refundable once your order is placed. A 20% admin charge will be applied for full-price reserve pre-order items. For example if you reserved a $40 product with full payment, we will keep $8 (equal to 20%) as an administration charge.
Please email us if you prefer to pay in full for your pre-order item.
We will issue a paypal invoice or charge your credit card for the balance payment when the pre-order item is released. The invoice is valid for 15 days, your order will be cancelled if not paid once the invoice is due.
