Cancellation policy

Pre-order Policy:
Some items in our store are listed as pre-orders. These are items that we are due to receive from the manufacturer in the near future. By placing a pre-order you are agreeing with our pre-order conditions listed below:
  1. Please separate in stock items and pre-order items in 2 orders.
  2. Product photos are usually of a pre-production prototype. Final product may be different.
  3. The estimated shipment date is announced by the manufacturer. Atomic-Nerd is not responsible for product delay.
  4. By placing a pre-order you are aware that deposit payment is non-refundable even for manufacturer delay. We ship as soon as we get them on hand.
  5. There will also be times where the manufacturer ships product in “waves”. Pre-orders from Atomic-nerd will be shipped in the order that they were received.
Pre-order Payment:
For item value below $50 Atomic-Nerd will take full payment in advance so we could ship your order instantly when the product is released
For item value over $50 we will charge a 20% non-refundable deposit. Credit card and Paypal invoice for balance payment will be sent fifteen days prior to product shipment. You will have 15 days to settle the final invoice. 
Deposit payment is non-refundable once your order is placed. 20% admin charge will be applied for full price reserve preorder item. For example if you reserved a $40 worth product with full payment, we will keep $8 (equal to 20%) as administration charge.
If you prefer to pay in full for your preorder item, please contact us at info@atomictoybox.com and we will issue you paypal invoice and keep in record.
We will send you paypal invoice for the balance payment when preorder item is released. The invoice is valid for 15 days, your order will be cancelled once the invoice is due.
